Kathy Holleran shakes the hand of a veteran during the recent 'Stand Down' event sponsored by the Veteran's Administration. She and Ang Noto greeted veterans and shared the benefits Habitat for Humanity might be able to offer them. They also handed out T-shirts, hats, carpenter's pencils, and other gifts. The response was good and several applications were received during the event. Habitat for Humanity thanks all Veterans for what they do for our country and we hope we'll be able to help some veterans in the near future.
